We customize our services to your needs, house cleaning once a week or every two weeks. We typically send an individual cleaning lady or a small team of two or three and do not make arbitrary changes to your assigned house cleaning person.

We work to your schedule requirements. We have customers who prefer to be at home when we clean and others who prefer to be away. Although it is not necessary for you to be home, we are accustomed to family members and are happy to work around them.

We have developed a checklist form [click here to see an example] for you to inform your cleaner of the work you require each day and provide feedback on our service. A book of forms is provided when you take out a maintenance contract with us. We constantly monitor your situation with your cleaner.
